For requirements with less than 12 hours' notice, please contact our 24/7 support team directly via WhatsApp for immediate confirmation and dispatch.

Can I amend or cancel my reservation?

Yes. We offer a flexible modification policy. If your travel plans change, you can update your itinerary or cancel your booking by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible to assist with logistical adjustments.

2. Arrival & Departure Logistics

Where is the designated meeting point at the airport?

Your chauffeur will be waiting in the Arrivals Gate immediately after you exit the terminal. They will be holding a professional greeting board clearly displaying your name (e.g., "Welcome Mr & Mrs Harrison").

What should I do if I am unable to locate my driver?

In the event of a crowded terminal, please call the 24/7 Emergency Support Number provided in your confirmation. Our driver will immediately find and pick you up at your location.

How are flight delays or cancellations handled?

We utilise real-time flight tracking software. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time is automatically adjusted at no additional cost. If your flight is cancelled, please notify us immediately so we can reschedule or put your booking on hold.

Is the service door-to-door?

Yes. All transfers are 100% private and direct. We provide door-to-door transit to your hotel, villa, or private residence with no unscheduled stops or detours.

3. Fleet & Capacity

What are the luggage limitations?

Capacity depends on the vehicle class. A standard sedan is ideal for 3 suitcases, while our VIP Minivans (Mercedes Vito) are recommended for larger groups or bulky items like golf clubs. If you are unsure, we recommend upgrading to a larger vehicle to ensure a comfortable journey.

Are child safety seats available?

The safety of our youngest passengers is a priority. We provide infant, child, and booster seats upon request. Please specify the age and weight of the children during booking.

Can I update my group size after booking?

Certainly. If your party size changes, contact us, and we will adjust your vehicle assignment (e.g., upgrading from a sedan to a minivan) to accommodate everyone safely.

4. Payments & Documentation

How is the payment processed?

We offer a Pay on Arrival system. No pre-payment is required. You may settle the fare directly with your chauffeur upon reaching your destination.

Which currencies are accepted?

We accept major international currencies, including Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), and US Dollar (USD), as well as Turkish Lira (TRY).

Can I request an official invoice?

Yes. We can provide a formal commercial invoice for business or insurance purposes. Please notify our support team after your journey to receive this via email.

5. Special Requests & Post-Transfer

Can you accommodate oversized items (Golf bags, Wheelchairs, Pets)?

We are experienced in transporting specialised gear. We can accommodate golf bags, foldable wheelchairs, and pets (in secure carriers). Please mention these during booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle.

What if I leave a personal item in the vehicle?

If you leave an item behind, contact us immediately. While we are not liable for forgotten items, we perform a sweep after every journey and will make every effort to return your belongings.
